Information

Will the colour / prints fade when washed?

Some fading is normal. We recommend avoiding the use of powerful detergents or bleaching agents, and dry naturally in the shade to retain the original colour and print quality of our products. Over exposure to the sun will cause fading.

Wash Care

All dark coloured products need to be washed separately.

Why are your products so expensive?

Our products are made of superior quality materials. We focus on design, details, hygienic work ethic, quality production& fair trade. Our products are made in India.

We pay fair wages to our much-loved employees.

Many of our products are handmade or stitched with the utmost care in limited quantities.

Our end prices result from all these factors and include all taxes.

Cancellation & Modifications

Can I cancel an order?

Though the Notty Nites website itself does not have any option to cancel an order once the payment is made, you can definitely get in touch with our Team on +91 9830932575 at the earliest (within 4 hours of placing the order) with your Order No. to cancel it or email us on shopnottynites@gmail.com

We can cancel it and refund the amount as Notty Nites Credits.

Can I modify or change my order?

Our helpful and friendly Team are always at your service. In case you want to modify your order; simply call +91 9830932575 between 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. between Monday-Saturday.

Please note if your order has already been shipped, we will not modify your order.

They will also be happy to help you if you want to update your shipping address. Remember to be as quick as possible and contact our Customer Service at the earliest for anything like this.

I've cancelled an order. By when can I expect a refund?

If you have cancelled your order before it has been processed, we will immediately process the refund in terms of store credits.

Can I change / cancel my order?

Yes, you may change / cancel your order if your order has not been shipped, within 4 hours of placing the order.

To do so, please get in touch with our team via Whatsapp on + 919830932575 or email us on shopnottynites@gmail.com with your order details as soon as possible, as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.

What happens if an item ordered is out of stock / you are unable to fulfill my order?

Our team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be put in motion.

For prepaid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit / credit card or online account that was used to make the payment. It usually takes 7 to 21 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account.

How do I redeem my promo code?

Enter your promo code at checkout and the discount will be automatically applied to the total amount.

Shipping & Delivery

Can I change my shipping address?

If you want to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. In order to keep our fast delivery times, your order is processed as soon as it has entered our system. Once your order has been processed, we cannot make any changes. We can therefore not guarantee that we will be able to make the change for you.

Do I have to pay shipping charges?

No, we offer free shipping across India.

By when will I receive the ordered products?

Once your order has been placed, your parcel will be dispatched within 2 – 5 working days.

Delivery can take from 10 – 12 working days depending on location

Can I opt for Cash On Delivery (COD) payment in my area?

We at Notty Nites is trying its best to ship its products as far and wide as possible. However, there are still a few remote areas where we are unable to ship within our country on CASH ON DELIVERY basis.

If you wish to pre-pay for your order via Bank transfer, card, paytm or Google pay we can deliver to you anywhere in India.

Does Notty Nites ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! But international shipping incurs extra charges. Contact us via email or Whatsapp on +91 9830932575 for the same.

How can I opt for Express Delivery?

You can connect with our team on WhatsApp +919830932575 or email us on shopnottynites@gmail.com between 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday – Saturday for Express Delivery. Extra charges apply, as actuals.

What different forms of payment do you have?

We have a number of payment options. Choose the one that is most convenient for you. The options are:

Credit, Debit, or Cash Card
Paytm & other wallets

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Do you offer a Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option? How does it work?

Yes, we support the COD payment method. You can check on the checkout page if Cash on Delivery is available in your pincode. You can make the payment in cash to the delivery agent once the product reaches you.

Do you accept payment through cheque / demand draft?

No, currently on we do not.

Do you save credit card information?

No, we do not store any credit / debit card information. We are as paranoid about your credit / debit card information as you are! Your payment details are encrypted and sent to the payment gateway directly for billing. At no point is this information stored by us.

How do I know that my online transaction was successful?

You will receive an email from Notty Nites after the payment is made and the order is placed. This email will include the order number and details about the products and shipment.

What should I do if my payment doesn't get through or fails?

If your payment transaction fails, do not worry. In case the payment has been deducted from your account but the payment receipt shows as failed, the money will be returned to your account within 5 – 7 days.
