Rest assured, we offer a complete store credit or exchange for another item of equal value. Simply notify us within 2 days of receiving your order, and ship to us the damaged item and we’ll send you a new one after it has been thoroughly inspected by our team.

Defects: We proudly stand behind the quality of our products. Should you encounter any defects in stitching quality, we offer a no-questions-asked exchange policy for the first 6 months ensuring your peace of mind.
